Trainer

Guy Holliday is a 27-year veteran of college coaching, including more than two decades coaching receivers and six years as an offensive coordinator. Born in Baltimore, Maryland Guy excelled as a 3 sport athlete in HS playing baseball, basketball and football. His success on the football field earned him a scholarship from the University of Southern California from 1983-1986. Once completing his college career at USC Guy went on to the NFL to play for the Eagles, Packers, and Falcons. In 1991 Coach Holliday started his coaching career at Clark-Atlanta. Guy's FBS coaching stops were at Western Michigan (2000-02), Mississippi State (2003-06), UTEP (2008-12), BYU (2013-2015) and Utah (2016-2020). He also coached at Tuskegee (1992-94), Alabama State (1995 and 1998-99) and Cornell (2007).

With the ever changing landscape in college football, Coach Holliday chose to retire from his college coaching career to be able to help run OYD Sports Academy. In doing this it would allow him to work with players and share his knowledge on a more personal level. Guy's goal with OYD is to help every athlete, that comes through the doors, build their foundation and work ethic, so that they can be successful on and off the field!
